The Loch Ness monster

The loch ness monster is a mythical creature. This creature has giant slimy flippers that preppall him fast through the cold water. The monster has a small head and big body with a tummy as round as the sun. He has small cricked teeth and smooth scaly skin like freshly sanded wood. Others say and think the loch ness monster is a big mean scary monster but really he is a kind soft majestic creature. 

Today most of the school got to go into the hall for a guy called Danny DJ lll. He went into the hall to say how he likes reading and how it helped him become a DJ. When we got in the hall he showed us a slideshow of some of his favourite singers and books. He also said that he had gotten into DJ at 15 and that his brother wrote a book. Has he came to your school before?

This week the whole school has been going to QELL at different times of the day for swimming lessons. At the start of the day at around nine thirty we room nine and ten leave to swimming. The swimming has been alright I enjoy being in a group with one of my friends. We our going for two weeks and its only been one week of swimming so far. The activity’s have been basic this week. Have you done swimming with  school?

On the third of March we the year seven and eights went to the Hanmer Springs Forest Lodge.

For RE this week we have been learning about how Jesus is our teacher.

At the start of the year we went to Harold and Jo ´ s truck for three days. This time with Harold we were learning about health and had disco parties! Something we learnt there was that your stomach is the size of your palm but it stretches out. We all got to go to Harold’s room in the truck, I think everyone was looking      forward to that. Harold and Jo were really nice. Have you gone to Harold before?

Today at school we had to sign up to the summer learning journey and post an activity on it. My friends and I did a crosswords.

For a few week’s we have been working on 2024 photo slideshow. It has been very fun. We got to do so many things like Duffy and camp!

Today with school the year 7 and 8 did an obstacle course run. There were other schools there too.  For the obstacle course there were a pyramids of tyres we had to climb over. There was mud too but you didn’t have to though and there was also a bouncy castle. My favourite part was the tyres, Have you done this before?
